I would like to take a moment to thank Blanche for all of her help in finding a home for myself and my children.  After finding my parents a suitable home to live in, Blanche thought of their daughter who was recently divorced with two young children.  That single Mom would be me!  I now live in a beautiful home that is in a friendly neighborhood and close to my parents as well.  Needless to say, we are all very happy and feel a sense of security.  This will be the home that I will spend many happy years in and make a new life for my family.

Blanche still checks in on all of us and has become a dear friend to me and my parents.  She even coordinated a wonderful wine and cheese party recently to welcome me to the neighborhood.  I was able to meet many neighbors which reinforced my sense of security, comfort and happiness.

We first met Blanche Franks at an open house she was having for a home in Interlaken NJ.  My wife and I  were interested in living in Interlaken.  She listened very closely and asked a lot of questions.  She continued to work with us for the next year keeping us plugged into that market and was able to help us find and buy our new home in Interlaken.(We were very particular and she has the patience of a saint.)  She did not stop there.  She also was able to sell our then current home within two weeks of it being listed.  Blanche is the consummate, reliable, and ethical professional in her conduct of business.  Blanche goes well beyond what is expected from a real estate agent.  She facilitated all the steps in the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home to include inspections and financing. She kept the deals moving and followed up consistently at every step. We met Blanche at an Open House prior to our wedding in April of 1996. When the time came to purchase, we remembered her professionalism and knowledge of the area we wanted to live. Once I pulled up to the curb, I loved it instantly, and after a brief tour, I called me husband and told him I found our dream home. We’re finally in and getting settled.  The phone company just came and set up our service (new # – 732-xxx- xxxx).  I’ve already met a bunch of new people, all very nice, and have my orientation meeting on Wednesday afternoon.  Maria managed to get a very nice settlement from the seller for all the nonsense and I know you had a lot to do with that, so once again, thanks for taking care of me.  I don’t know how I would have survived the whole process without your knowledge and loving concern.  Now I can really confirm that you are, indeed, God’s agent.
